Choosing the right treatment for your skin type

By Client Experience Team

Skin type isn't just oily, dry, or combination — sensitivity, sun exposure history, and current products all factor into what a treatment will actually do for you, versus what it does on average.

During a first consultation, your specialist reviews your current routine, any known sensitivities, and your goals before recommending anything — a treatment that's popular on social media isn't automatically the right fit for your skin.

For genuinely sensitive or reactive skin, we default to the gentlest effective option first and build up gradually, rather than starting with the most intensive treatment available.

If you're not sure what you need, book a consultation rather than a specific treatment — it costs nothing extra and means your first real treatment is the right one, not a guess.
