Question 1

How should I prepare for my treatment?

Accepted Answer

Most treatments need little to no prep — arrive with clean skin/hair where noted on the service page, and avoid sun exposure for 48 hours before any peel or laser treatment. Your specialist will confirm anything specific when you book.

Question 2

Do you require a patch test before certain treatments?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for any treatment using tint, chemical peels, or new product lines, we require a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand for first-time clients. We'll flag this on the service page and remind you when you book.

Question 3

Can I book if I have a known allergy or sensitivity?

Accepted Answer

Please tell us in the notes when booking, or message us directly beforehand. Our specialists review product ingredient lists against known sensitivities and will suggest an alternative if needed.

Question 4

What aftercare should I follow?

Accepted Answer

Aftercare varies by treatment — your specialist walks you through it at the end of your session, and we can send written aftercare notes over WhatsApp on request.

Question 5

How soon can I book a follow-up?

Accepted Answer

Most treatments have a recommended interval (shown on the service page) — booking too soon can affect results. We'll gently flag it if you try to rebook earlier than recommended.

Question 6

Is there a membership, or is it pay-per-visit?

Accepted Answer

Both — most clients start pay-per-visit, and can move to a membership once they've found their rhythm. See our Pricing page for how membership pricing compares to single visits.

Question 7

What's your cancellation window?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window may be asked for a small fee to cover the reserved slot, unless it's a genuine emergency — just message us.

Question 8

Do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

We prioritize booked appointments to guarantee your specialist's time, but walk-ins are welcome if a slot happens to be open — message us on WhatsApp and we'll check in real time.

Question 9

What product lines do you use?

Accepted Answer

We work with a small number of professional-grade lines chosen for ingredient quality, not the cheapest wholesale option — see our About page for details on why we only use the lines we do.

Question 10

Can I request a specific product or brand?

Accepted Answer

If you have a preferred product, mention it when booking or message us — we'll tell you honestly if it's something we stock or can source, rather than substituting silently.
