Your booking and treatment-relevant notes are shared only with the specific specialist you book with, as necessary to deliver your treatment safely.
We retain booking and treatment records for as long as needed to support your ongoing care, including tracking recommended intervals between certain treatments, and to meet our own record-keeping obligations.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request its correction or deletion where we are not legally required to retain it, by contacting us directly.
